MDHuque offers support to government in designing, implementing and managing Public Financial Management (PFM) systems that are flexible, resilient and effective – in order to be fit for the future. We support governments to secure and use public resources efficiently and transparently.

We work with a focus on Green PFM, prioritizing climate-sensitive management of public finances. Climate change demands that existing PFM frameworks are adapted and we draw on our experiences of working on climate risk and fragility. Our Green PFM approach also encompasses wider environmental concerns such as biodiversity loss, waste and pollution.
